I saw a thread calling SendMessage to start a video call;
Anywhere I can get a list of them?

If you use ResHack (Resource Hacker) you can see all of the menu ids. That is everything you could do with SendMessage.

Got it, Didnt know Plus had its own resource extractor, I was using Reshacker.
