I am hoping someone can help me.  I did something about 6 months ago to my Live Messenger and now I cannot see or find the little tool bar where I can add emoticons.  I have no idea how to get it back.  It does not come back when I update either.

Go to Tools > Show toolbar > Formatting.

Tip: Next time you can paste a screenshot into Paint, crop it, then save it as a PNG file.

Then attach it to your post, or upload it to an image hosting website such as ImageShack or TinyPic.
