Problem while installing Messenger Plus!

When i install my Messenger Plus this error occurred.

can anyone please help me?appreciate much...

Unfortunatly, there is never a real fix given. The cause is still unknown.

I suggest to
1) reboot PC
2) manually remove the existing language files (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Languages)
3) redownload the Plus! setup
4) reinstall from the just downloaded setup
