Messenger Plus was working fine last night, however I've just logged in to find that the 'Plus' tab has disappeared and can't see the colour in people's name e.g. it'll look like "[B]Bob[ /B]" (without the space).

I've tried uninstalling both Messenger Plus and Windows Live, but this doesn't work. I've also tried repairing it, but that didn't work either.

Anyone had this happen before? What can I do to fix this?

Please search the forums before posting, as this has happened numerous times.

Do you have either SweetIM, SmileyCentral, Kiwee, GDI++ or ThreatFire installed?

These are all known to be incompatible with Messenger Plus! Live and can cause the problem you are describing.

If you don't have any of these then please post a screenshot of your Add/Remove Programs so that we can try to find out which program is incompatible
