O.P.  Houston, we have a problem
My CS4 wont install properly. It installs like 2 components then says that Encore and (Insert some other adobe component here) failed to install, then i press continue and a little while later it says Photoshop and Fireworks wont install. Its really starting to piss me off.
Ive tried using 3 different install directories, 2 different setup files, and ive made sure there arent any traces of CS4 on my pc (although Photoshop CSC3 is installed).
Im using WinXP SP2, trying to install Adobe CS4 Master Collection off my hdd (not a dvd as it wont fit)
