Discrate, if he would check upon him 24/7 he would know if his son did or didn't do it and wouldn't ask the question. Second, he asked the permission of his son to view the chat logs. I think there is nothing wrong with parents supervising their children on the net, on the contrary, every parent should learn their children how to use the net, the dangers, the pleasure, etc... instead of simply being ignorant and/or looking away. And that can only be done if you actually participate with your children using the net and talk to them. So don't accuse a parent for invading their childrens internet privacy when they simply come here to ask for advise.
