Depending on the Windows version you use, you may look in the Send to folder of your user account. If you happened to use Vista, you should look in C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo. There you can delete anything you do not wish to see in the Send to part of Windows' context menu.

With XP the easiest way of getting there is by clicking:
Start > Run > type 'sendto' and click ok.

I am sorry there was left over settings. They should have been cleared when the user loggs off. My appologies.
