O.P. MSN plus problem urgent

i have the latest version of WLM and i download msn plus 4.81 and install it but in wlm write software not loaded what can i do to fix this problem

THNX very very very much i has installed before Messenger Plus BANDOO and now i uninstall it and Messenger Plus worked thnx so much
