does somebody know how can i get my password back.the mail is gone as well as the facebook acount.so plz if u know any way to find or retreive it plz reply,

Wow that was quite rude!

The first step is to contact whomever hosts your email and explain the situation to them. Therefore if you use Hotmail you need to contact them. Have you tried using the I forgot my password?

Once you have your email back then you can use the I forgot my password on Facebook to get a new one.
