I am quite intrigued! Would love to test this out.

Just a few suggestions:

• Add intellisense
  
• Only show the ScriptInfo.xml window when its selected.
  
• Add the ability to create a PLSC from the project
  
• For any XML files have a tree view that shows the Windows Name so you can easily access a specific Window within an XML
  
• Support for subfolders in a script? (1)

All in all this looks amazing so far way to go!
