O.P. Messenger Plus! Features are Not Working. Please Help.
When I right click on one of my contacts and select Messenger Plus! Features, all of the features appear in grey and only the Copy E-Mail to Chipboard option is available.

This happens to only one of my contacts and all the other contacts are working fine.

Dose anyone may know why this happens?

Please help thank you.

Right click on that contact and choose 'Edit Contact' and ensure remove any e-mail addresses entered in the fields there....or check that the 'Primary E-mail address' dropdown on the 'Contact' page is set to 'Personal'
