i have the newest version of msn, uninstaled an instaled a couple of times trying to fix this problem.
when ever i try to change my display picture it apears with a message saying you must be signed into messenger first, which i obviously am or i wouldnt be able to click on the thing to change the display pickture.
i have tryed uninstaling the skins which i had downloaded, which didnt help and it has been like this for months but now its realy startin to piss me off

It is nice that you are trying to help but if you don't know what you're talking about then please do not post.

In normal circumstances you can always change your display picture, no matter what you're status is, thus also when you're appearing offline. You could've easly tested this is out yourself before posting.
