WLM 2009 Top toolbar icons

Hello, how can i do to have unresized icons in the toolbar of the conversation window? (cf attachment file)

So anybody knows why when i center the toolbar, icons don't keep their original size!?

With the default borderlayout(), the height is 40 pixels

and when i put the flowlayout(0,2,2,0) the height is 24 pixels
