For some reason, my MSN installed some programme that automatically translates my language to Chinese/Japanese. I have no idea why. The only way I can talk is through voice messages or using the handwrite tool. Here is a screenshot of what it does in case somebody recognises it and knows how to remove it. Any help would be appreciated



The stuff inside the orange oval is the stuff that gets in the way.

I think that is some program, please post a screenshot of your Programs & Features list.
