Hey, today I was going through "contact list clean up" and it listed a friend as "no" to "has you" (me) in there contact list. However they still seem to show up online occasional in my contact list.  So can I still see if there online and talk to them even if they don't have me or is this just an error???

Yes, it's possible for you to see the status of contacts who deleted you from their contact list as long as they didn't block you.
