O.P. People are getting some of my messages, I'm getting NONE of theirs
This is really starting to annoy me now.

People get some of my messages (lets say 50%...more or less I can't really say because I never get their replies)

I NEVER get their replies....I've tried talking to like 20 people and out of all them, no hope.

I've already uninstalled and Reinstalled Windows Live like 5 times.....Restarted my Laptop how many times, uninstalled other instant messaging programs incase they were conflicting but STILL not working!

I'm connecting to the internet through an Ethernet Cable and when I sign in on Windows Live, everything seems to be fine in the Connection Tab, it says I'm connected.

The other night it worked perfectly (for like the first time) when i was chatting to my friend from the UK. I got all her messages and she got all mine.

I don't know what to do anymore. |-)

Sounds like something is blocking them.

Anti-virus? Firewall? Disable them, then try. Or if you can, add Windows Live Messenger onto the exception lists.

If you're using a router, try unblocking the ports. You can also go to PortForward.com, click the router you have (you'll have to find the make and model number), then MSN Messenger, and it'll give you instructions. However, I'd use the ports in the first link, as they're more updated for the new Windows Live Messenger.
