This one is a bug fix release over 0.B.1, plus the addition of Unicode chat log viewing (thanks [edit]Mnjul[/edit]).

This one is now ready for the big time...

Visual alerts seem to work about 90% at the moment, but I have been promised by the author of Popuper (the thing my program uses for Visual alerts) that this will come up to 99.999% in a future version.

In the meantime I'm going to add my own visual alert code, so hopefully 0.B.3 will fix this issue.
