I've been running WLM9 and Plus for quite a while. What I'm noticing is that it will bounce between working one day, and then not working for days after.  The button is still there but when you click it, it says software isn't loaded.  Sometimes it will come back when I restart, but it hasn't come back this time.  I'm not running any of the programs listed here.  Not sure why this is doing what it is but it's become a real PITA.  Help please?

I'm having the same problem, only for me, it's as if one day Plus! Just isn't there at all, and then randomly one day it'll come back. It also happens the same time my codes for names chooses whether or not to work

Can yo utell me what Antivirus or firewall program you'Re using on your computer? also, do you use any other add-on in Messenger? (like for emoticons).
