Right, I first thought this was a Notepad++ issue, but I have realised that the same issue appears in any application which uses the same type of dialog boxes.

Notice how the box for the name is in the middle of the dialog box...

...and that if you mouseover a file behind it, the "highlight bar" hides the part of the box which it goes over.
I'm using Win7 RC 64bit.
