RE: TL-WN951N Limited / No Connectivity
Just thought the DHCP might be the issue. Have you tested the phone line?
EDIT: Reason I say this is because we had a similar issue at work with the alarm system. The line was crackling slightly because a wire needed replacing in a junction box and it was interfering with the data being sent/received. It could stop the router from connecting.
