O.P. Event log double file
Hi to all!

I have several accounts with MSN and I use Messenger Plus! to save my messages, I save them in different folders (one folder for each account), and, in the same way, I save a log of the events for each account

Now, I noticed that, when I connect at the same time with several accounts, in the folders where the event log is saved, another event log file is created, that is, there is "Event log.xml" and "Event log (2).xml, which is almost always empty

Ok, it's not such a big problem, it's just a bit annoying, so I'd like to know if it's just a bug

RE: Event log double file
Hello,

this behavior is caused by the fact that the two Messenger applications you're using can't both write on the same file at the same time. This prompts Messenger Plus! to create a second file on its own to record your events. I suggest you use a different directory for each of your accounts to keep things clean :).

Hi!

Yep, that's what I do! I use a folder for each account to save messages, and in each folder I save an event log
So, I don't know why it happens, I think it's a bug

What you say happened when I saved all events for all accounts in one file
