O.P. (Resolved)Messenger Plus! Features aren't working (Grayed out)

Well on MSN you have the Messenger Plus! Features for every contact. Well on one of my contacts I don't have access to any of the features. (Chat logs, Event Notifications, etc) Anyone able to help?

Attatching a screenshot so it makes more sense.

OS: Windows XP
Windows Live Version: Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.726)
Messenger Plus! Version: Latest Version
