O.P. Need help with something odd

As you can see, I'm missing text on the buttons.
This doesn't only happen with the installer. All the buttons are screwed up once Msg Plus is installed too. Does anyone know how to fix this?

FYI: My pc runs on a 32bit Windows Vista.

Try reading the following thread and taking the advice from in there (aside from the XP stuff, obviously):
