O.P. You Are Not In This Contact's List

What does "You are not in this contact's list" mean via Right Click On Contact>Messenger Plus! Features>Contact Information.

I though it means that im not in that person's contact list? But when a look at the window of some of my friends who have me on their list it says the same thing...
