O.P. http:// doesn't hyperlink...
Using the latest version of WLM, all links with http:// or https:// don't activate as a link but without the prefix (simply www.google.com) hyperlinks just fine...

I've tried everything. Zapped MSN, deleted all of the application data...just can't seem to figure this one out, it's really annoying.

Any ideas? :(

What add-ons do you have?

What security software do you have?

Can't Confirm - See if there are any common versions below so we can potentially rule them out

OS: Windows 7
WLM: 14.0.8089.726
MP!L: 4.83.0.376 (24/12/2009)

Microsoft Security Essentials:
Microsoft Security Essentials Version:  1.0.1961.0
Antimalware Client Version: 2.1.6519.0
Engine Version: 1.1.5502.0
Antivirus definitions: 1.77.970.0
Antispyware definitions: 1.77.970.0

http://www.google.com - works
www.google.com - works
https://google.com - works
https://www.google.com - works
google.com -  doesn't (intentionally)

Tried on Windows XP 32 bits and Windows 7 32 and 64 bits, both with WLM 14.0.8089.726 and MP!L: 4.83.0.376, also both with up-to-date Microsoft Security Essentials.

Every http:// and https:// working here:

RE: http:// doesn't hyperlink...
ok might have sorted this one, mines now fully working with all http:// and https:// links.

It seems that if you run messenger in compatability with Windows Vista (to get msn to appear in your notifications area in Windows 7) then it doesnt work (really random).

I just took my msn off windows Vista Compatability and ran it normally and works fine.

Hope this helps?
