i have a little quest: How can I skin the Plus!-Toast?
Is it generally possible?

Take a look at the skinning documentation, there's a section titled "Skinning Plus! Itself" which tells you what you need to do. Once you've extracted the resources from Plus!, have a look in Interface3.xml to find the various toast windows (search for "ToastPopupGeneric", "ToastPopupContact" and "ToastPopupContactPic").
