I've been trying to change my name for ages now.

every time i do it goes back to my old one.

I've tried all sorts of different names from boring old normal text ones to colored ones but they don't stay.

They will stay for like 20 seconds then it goes back to the old one.

I've tried relogging as well.

How long?

I do know if parts of the live service is temporally down, stuff like names and display pictures don't change.

Try this: Go to: Tools --> Options --> Security (Tab) --> Un-check the "This is a shared computer, don't store (...)"

Have you confirmed your email address?

btw, this is not a MsgPlus problem

Do you have any script installed?
