Don't save it as a bitmap. Save it as a jpg.

The only person in that list to have a colour code in their name hasn't closed the tag properly, so it wouldn't show up, but the Messenger Plus! Live icon shows up on your contact list window and your own coloured nickname shows up, so if anyone else does select colours then they should show up fine

before i installed the upgraded messenger plus the names listed in my contact list were all the same color, purple. Now they are all black.

Click the :plus4: button, then go to Messenger Skin. If you have one, it'll say.

Can you show us some more examples of contacts names which are no longer showing in colour?

OK the skin in enabled, but my whole list is black font . If i uninstall the update will that work?
