O.P. Configuration Wizard not password protected.
Setting a password in Messenger Plus!Live via "Preferences Password".

Opening up the Configuration Wizard does not prompt for a password, and allows the user to disable/enable/configure certain options that would otherwise be protected in the Preferences window.
