O.P. audio and visual out of sync

hi - when having a video call my audio is delayed by about 2 seconds after webcam picture. I can see and hear the delay and so too can my contact although theirs it totally in sync.

does anyone know how to fix this?

If you uninstall Messenger Plus! Live does the problem continue?
