O.P. problem while starting wlm

hello
when i've installed wlm and trying to start i get this error

even when i tryed to reinstall i got the same error which is keep jumping all the time until i close msn
why is that?
using win7 64 bit

avicap32.dll is a module to capture video from webcams.

Can you use your webcam in other applications (eg: skype)? Does it work there?
