Firstly the section you posted in is strickly for problems surrounding Messenger Plus! Live. Not Windows Live Messenger. I will have the thread moved to the proper section.
We are going to need more information.
- What version of Windows Live Messenger are you using?
- What anti virus are you using?
- What firewall are you running
- Do you have Messenger Plus! Live installed? And if so what version?
I also found this randomly one a website:
