Nope, it's not. What skin are you using? What version is it?

When version of Plus! & WLM do you have.

Also, by 'this keeps happening' do you mean it's there all the time or it's happening a lot now and then?

It's because you have the menu bar shown. Since skinners have no control over it it gets clipped off in shaped skins such as the one you are using.

If you hide the menu bar the problem will go away.
