so the new msn, seems to be completely compatible with Plus! however, the banner at the top of chat windows or the "scene" seems to change depending on who im talking to. i want the banner to stay the same color, the default blue, to match my vista system scheme. the random greens and blacks of everybody elses make my chat windows look atrocious. any help on this?

Right-click the scene and click "Use default scene"

EDIT: I have no idea if this is saved per-contact or for all contacts, and I don't even know if it lasts when you, say, restart WLM. How about trying it out and tell us how it works? =)

it worked. and it stayed saved, for all my contacts, even after restarting msn. so, yeah. thanks

yea it does... i have been using it ever since i started to use wlm9 ;o

hi, I accidentaly deleted one of those 'banners', the pink one...
I tried to get it back by deleting msn messenger and then installing it again.. but it's still stays gone..
can I download the background somewhere?
I already looked on the internet, but I can't find it anywhere...
where are those background banners stored on the pc?
