O.P. some picture ids couldn't be skinned in wlm 2011
I'm making a new version of "Doraemon" messenger skin for WLM 2011 and picture ids 668, 4620, 48100, 48101, 48102, 48103, 48104, 48105, 48106, 48107, 48108, 48109, 48110, 48111, 48112, and 48113.

Can help me?

Some images need to have their metadata defined [colorize, UMTop/Bottom/Left/Right, for example], you'll discover that by trial and error, and the ones in the Login Window don't seem to be replaceable, at the moment.

Yeah in Plus! 4.90, I couldnt replace anything in the log-on window... :(
