My Windows 7 just upgraded Live Messenger. Now all of the notes that I have entered about my contacts are gone. What happened to them? One used to be able to right click a contact and open "edit" and see the notes, but that is no longer the case. Can they be retrieved?
You posted in the subforum "MsgPlus! Help & Support", but the contact notes are not part of Messenger Plus!.
Contact notes are part of Windows Live Messenger itself.
Messenger Plus! doesn't have anything todo with those.
This said, that information should still be there though. If it isn't, I suggest you contact Windows Live Support via their Windows Live Solution Center.
