O.P. Help needed to make video calls.
Ive searched and searched and have been able to find a solution for this, my uncle works on the rigs in malaysia, he wan't to be able to use msn for video calling.
He is away over xmas so this is his only way of talking to and seeing his grand kids/family this xmas.
The issue he has is that when he tries to make a call or video call the person he is trying to contact and himself is muted on the msn chat window. There seems to be no way to unmute it.
It is not his mic becasue he can make skype voice calls, we have run the msn audio otption setup and everything test's ok. But once he trys to make a call it's all muted we can not hear him and he can not hear us. We also get no video.
Does anyone know how to fix this? we are both using msn live.
