sorry spunky i thought this was a bug and i couldnt find anything regarding my problem when i searched for "Messenger Plus! features" in the search thing of the entire website..
Just for the record I'm still experiencing this bug, everyone that is also a Facebook contact doesn't have the plus contextmenu.
I'm also using version
