O.P. Is "Show contacts who have you" 100% reliable?
I'm using windows live messenger 2011 along with Msg Plus.  I checked Contact list clean up .  The first page "has you" if you're currently in the contact's own contact list.  (currently not reliable).  I then clicked on Show contacts who have you.  I still see this person has me on the list.  Is this 100% reliable? If it is not reliable is there another way from Plus or regular Msn to fiind out? Thanks.

No it is not working correctly. Plus! gathers the information from what WLM calls the "Reverse List" which it gets from the MSN servers on startup. For some reason, there have problems with it for some time
