O.P. How do I allow access to my contact list if I declined them on the initial request

I had a friend who sent me a messenger request to be added to my contsct list. I did not know her username at the time and declined her. I now want to allow her access to my contact list but when she re sends the request I never receive it. She had been declined and blocked as spam. How do I fix this

Have you tried the other way around? You add her and she accepts you? Which messenger version are you using?
