I think here is the correct area, I used A-Patch for Windows Live Messenger to remove the ads from Microsoft, but when I apply a Skin they return, how can we solve this?

Thanks
Maison

Skins usually have a hidden tweak in their folder to remove the ad. Just check in the skins folder to see if you can see anything.

Note each skin does it differently so one tweak from one skin may not work for another.

I don't know the specific file used. Contact the author of the skin and they can tell you.

For Pulse (the skin in the screenshot), Willz (the author) has a download available to remove the skins from his website

Click download now, open the zip file and open trolololol.reg (click to confirm you want to merge it to the registry and then click ok on the next window

Clicking the .reg file would have done it automatically, but yes. Make sure to restart Messenger.
