hi my msn keep on freezing when it loads i can sign in and all my contacts are loaded but when i co to click on someone to im it freezes and ive had task manager running at the same time and under the memory bit of task manager it goes up to like 55,000k sometimes 60,000k and then i cant do anything it just started happeneing all of a sudden can anyone help me ?

yeah i do have Messenger Plus and what scripts ?
i dont remember installing any scripts

i got it working last night but i cant remember how i did it i stoped some programs on the task manager but i cant remember what ones and it worked now ive tried it today and it doesnt work at all ive tried stopping programs on task manager like i did last night and it doesnt work at all now but what i have also noticed is that dwm.exe is running at 35,244k all the time and im sure it never used to and the same with explorer.exe its running at 21,364k and i cant remember if it was running that high or not and ive done a scan with ad-aware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and ad-aware has removed cookies and it still doesnt work

Scripts are add-ons for Plus! - find the Script Menu button (three blocks, stacked) on the contact list, then go to Script Preferences to see if you have any installed.

DWM is Desktop Window Manager (it's what runs Aero in Windows 7)...  mine's running at ~70000k, and I also have Explorer running at ~38000k and ~33000k, so I don't think that would be the problem.

No, our point was that it might be scripts that are interfering with the Messenger process, but that won't be the case if you don't have any.

nope i dont have any other add ons for msn the only add on i have for msn is Messenger Plus

If you uninstall Plus! does the problem still occur?

yeah it does ive tried unistalling msn and plus and just re-installed msn on its own and it still did it
so ive reinstalled msn plus it started since i had to to a pc restore back to factory settings due to a trogan it wouldnt let me get rid off
