THEMES DON'T APPEAR :@

when I log into my primary e-mail , I can't see themes of my contacts while chatting .. but they can see mine ! 8o|

actually when I log into my secondary e-mail I can see themes of my contacts !!
how to solve this problem plz ??

Right click the theme area in the conversation window and check "show my contact's theme"
