I have a problem.

When i want to start a voice call, the messenger closes
and it tell me:
ModName: rtmpltfm.dll ModVer: 3.5.6877.4 ModStamp:4bc616ad fDebug: 0 Offset: 00299499
where is the problem and is there any solustion to solve it?
rtmpltfm.dll is also a file used by the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. Have you tried repairing or reinstalling that?
Have you installed or removed anything Microsoft related lately?
