i am trying to link my facebook to my messenger live, i cant remember how to do it? ... plus dose anyone know how to get my messenger back, if you do can you let me know please xxx

At the bottom of Windows Live Messenger's main screen (contact list) you see to which networks it is connected. Click the Add button next to it to connect networks not already connected.
