I'm not sure if this is related to MSG Plus Live or just the Messenger Live itself. I ran a test just before. Powertoys uninstalled: Messenger Plus had no problem running. Powertoys installed, Messenger Plus uninstalled: MSN Messenger 6.2 had no problem running.
