When I playback a video in my pc, in any player (microdvd, wmp or winamp) the sound goes up and down, I mean, in a second it can be loud and then just mute. I've made a backup of my folder 36xxxxxxx with emoticons and background and then I've reinstalled win. But when I copy the folder Messenger don't recognize the emoticons, or anything. What can I do ?
