Sorry, had to pick that out. :P Yes, they are spamming, and people like Joseph get punished for that. He lost 60%-70% of his post count for spamming and that should be enough of a warning for anyone. Oh, just so you know, I did manage to vote. :P It's a shame I can't vote again... Edit: little bit of maths for you. :P 83% (5/6) of the votes are (y) and 17% are (n).
