It hasn't uninstalled itself. It probably just isn't hooking. Press [b]Ctrl + Alt + Delete[/b] in 98 or [b]Ctrl + Shift + Esc[/b] in 2000/XP to go into Task Manager and see if [b]Msgplus.exe[/b] is in the list.
