RE: Hopper...let's Hop! (3.04.0275: Updates available!)
Ummm.... Mn? :) How about an option to set the interval between going offline and online? I really don't care about multiple hops, I just want to hop once - but I want to have something like a 3-seconds interval between going offline and going onli...

Blah, thanks wipey but turns out it exists already.... see Mnjul's Hopper. There's also something similar in StuffPlug 1.4, but it's not what I need. Too bad I can't close...

Extremely Simple Command Request: off and on.
As it is impossible to send Plus! commands while the text box is disabled (greyed), I couldn't use the following QuickText: #/appearoffline #/online Patchou told me however that this can be done in a plugin. So........ what I'm requesting is...

Umm...... I've got a little question. What I want to do is display a list of available plaintext Passports in a window, and once the user clicks on a Passport, the program would transform it into the encoded number and access its settings key in the...

RE: Cell Phones
I have a TDMA phone, the Nokia 7160. It had a slogan, "Command @ Hand". It was a pretty good phone at the time, but it's a little old so it's kinda pathetic next to new phones. :p Here it is: [img]http://www.nokiausa.com/images/phn/194x320/ph _716...

RE: Personal reactions to recent news
Well that makes no sense, as they can always monitor what MSN Messenger is sending, and even if there's some sophisticated identification mechanism, it can be copied after looking at the Assembly code.

RE: TrueIRC. =/
TrueIRCd is based on Bahamut. Bahamut was based on DreamForge and Hybrid. DreamForge and Hybrid were both based on ircd 2.8, or perhaps even an earlier version. Point is - eventually, all IRCDs were based on the standard ircd, which makes it so uniqu...

And Proteus. BTW, exactly what stops any third-party IM client from saying "Hi, I'm MSN Messenger 6.0!" when signing into the .NET Messenger Service? ^o) 8-| Edit: "for saying" => "from saying". :w...

RE: TrueIRC. =/
I won't move the channel against Patchou's will. I hope that answers your bizarre question. :p Anyway, I've been doing some testing today and it looks like if we are going to move, there will be three options as to what IRCD will be used: 1. The l...

RE: TrueIRC. =/
:-/ Well, anyway, as you all seem to hate TrueIRC so much, and as you all decided to put CmptrWz down which made him delink his server (which makes TrueIRC a single-server network now, thus much less stable), and as sean decided to remove the round-r...

RE: Did you find the mess.be site because you downloaded Plus!?
None of the options is correct for me, I knew about Plus! much before I knew about Mess.be, however it wasn't through Plus! that I got to know about Mess.be, it was a friend of mine who told me about it. I'm pretty sure it was before I started read...

Note both of you that someone has to setup TrueIRCd on your server computers in order to link them to TrueIRC, not just any IRCD.... :-/ And wabz0rZ, you can gimme IRC-operator-status as well if you wanna save hassle so much.... (A) =P

RE: TrueIRC. =/
I'm glad you asked, Mr. DX. There are two reasons for this: A. Single unit. B. Response times. I'll elaborate. I like having Q and the host IRC server operate as a "single unit" - one computer, one uptime. There is a very low...
